Hi, I am Robert

For years I believed more was always better.

More weight on the bar. More sessions. More pain.

I spent my twenties coaching, competing, building.

All day, every day. Three gyms.

I slept in the first one for six months, because I could not afford another rent.

 

Then everything fell apart at the same time.

The gyms. The community. The savings. The health.

I ended up on a superyacht in the Mediterranean,

polishing steel and scrubbing decks,

training at six in the morning with nothing but my body and the space I had.

 

And something strange happened.

With less, I got stronger in the ways that matter.

My mind got clearer. My creativity came back.

I fell in love with being outside, and seeing the world on foot.

 

That is when I understood.

You do not need more. You need the few right things, done well.

I have lived both sides.

The obsession with performance, and the freedom of training for life.

I coach the second one now.
